The Cottages are situated on the harbor side of the island and just a short walk down a beautiful natural trail to the beach. Two identical cottage wings, one on the east and west, and a shared recreational room form a nicely designed cluster of three buildings. In addition to the recreational room, the cottages share an airy, screened-in sitting area and a patio for outdoor dining.

The Guest House overlooks the harbor, direct water views, and is just a short walk down a beautiful natural trail to the beach and docks. The interior of the house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living area, and a full-sized kitchen. The exterior has a large screened-in wrap around porch with seating for lounging and dining and a sun deck.
